Working environment and good health

We systematically and strategically work to develop and improve the working conditions and the working environment. We lay focus on maintaining and develop the factors that contribute to work satisfaction, good health and wellbeing.

Keep-fit measures

We actively work preventive to keep the sick leave among our employees low. For example, we offer a subsidy of 3000 SEK per employee and year to be used to finance recreational activities according to the Swedish Tax Agency regulations.

Equal terms

We continuously carry on a strategic work regarding equal terms and strive towards diversity within areas such as competence, background, ethnicity, sex and age by promoting an inclusive attitude, and a good, creative working environment.
