Borrow and order

In our library catalogue you will find Sweden's largest collection of literature in the field of transport research. To borrow publications and order copies as a private individual, you must be a resident of Sweden.

The library catalogue contains references to both printed publications which you can borrow from our library and links to full-text documents.

If you do not find what you are looking for, we can help with information searches, we conduct both simple searches and more complicated ones on assignment.

Borrow publications

You can borrow our printed publications through your local library or directly from us. If you go through your local library, your local library's borrowing rules apply. If you borrow directly from us, a signed borrowing agreement is required, which states our borrowing rules. If you have borrowed from us during the past 12 months, you do not need to fill out a new agreement.

Read, print and sign the borrowing agreement. Then send the agreement to us either by e-mail (scanned) or by regular mail. You are welcome to borrow from us as soon as we confirm that we have received the loan agreement.

Ordering copies

Any content that we are unable or prohibited from lending out can be obtained as a copy. If you order through your local library, that library's rules apply with regard to the payment of fees. If you order directly from us, we will send a paper copy to your home together with an invoice.

Fees

Up to 20 pages can be copied for SEK 100. If the number of pages exceeds 20 pages, there is an additional fee of SEK 2 for each extra page. The price includes VAT and postage.

Information for libraries

Libraries in Sweden and the rest of the Nordic countries can easily arrange for interlibrary loans from us through Libris. Information regarding fees can be found in Libris library database (Biblioteksdatabasen) under our library codes Vti and VtiD.

Libraries outside the Nordic region can also order interlibrary loans from us, either through Libris or by emailing us. An interlibrary loan costs 2.5 IFLA vouchers.
