The Plus Test

The Plus Test is a voluntary crash test for manufacturers. The crash test is regulated by UNECE R129, a European approval standard, which imposes higher requirements for protecting the child’s neck in severe frontal collisions. The test is used both as guidance for parents and as support in the development of safer child restraint systems.

The Plus Test

 

The Plus Test is a voluntary crash test of rear-facing car seats for car seat manufacturers. The crash test places higher demands on the protection of the child's neck in the event of a serious frontal collision. The test is carried out only on rear-facing car seats and is used both as a guide for parents and as a support in the development of safer car seats.
