Crash safety testing
The VTI crash safety laboratory is one of few independent crash safety laboratories in Sweden. It has both an indoor and an outdoor track. The outdoor track is enabling the construction of large traffic environments to perform testing.
VTI performs accredited testing impartially and with confidentially according to EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and legal and authority requirements.

The laboratory is the only one in Sweden accredited to perform crash testing of child restraint systems, barriers and other road equipment.
