Registration and fees
Registration is open to the RS5C 2025 conference in Leeds!
Please note: By April 2025, all visitors who do not need a visa will need an electronic travel authorisation (ETA) to travel to or transit through the UK. More on the new travel regulations and how to apply for an ETA
Pre-registration is required for all RS5C 2025 conference attendees. The registration will close on 20 August, 2025.
If you are a presenting author at the conference you need to register no later than 31 May, 2025.
The conference is held physically, on-line presentations are not possible.
Conference registration includes:
- Technical visit to Virtuocity
- Welcome reception
- Attendance to all sessions
- Lunches and break refreshments during the conference days
- Conference dinner
Fees
All prices are stated in GBP (£) including VAT and all taxes.
The following payment methods are accepted:

- Account code (only University of Leeds)

Special fees
Low-income / lower middle-income groups: There are a limited number of registrations available at a reduced fee for delegates from low-income / lower middle-income groups.

Delegates are requested to contact the Organising Committee, rs5c@vti.se, with a brief supporting statement of no more than 100 words to request access to a further discounted rate.
Student: The student registration rate is only available to anyone currently enrolled in a PhD. We reserve the right to ask you to confirm your level of study and may rescind your registration should you be incorrectly registered.
Scientific Committee: If you are a member of the RS5C 2025 Scientific Committee you will receive a special registration code provided by the Organising Committee.
Invited: If you are an invited guest to the RS5C 2025 conference you will receive a special registration code provided by the Organising Committee.
Terms and Conditions
Registration refunds are available in full providing the request has been received by 3 August, 2025.
50% refunds are available for requests received between 3 August–18 August, 2025.
No refunds are available for requests received after 18 August, 2025.
Substitutions can be made at any time free of charge up to 27 August, 2025. No substitutions are available after this date.
