The Life Neeve Project was recently invited to participate in the 'Tarde Abierta' radio programme to discuss its innovative approach to reducing pollution from brakes and tyres.
Álvaro Romero and Pedro Miguel Martínez, Paudire Innova and Carmen Cecilia Barrios, Centro de Investigaciones Energeticas, Medioambientales y Tecnologicas (CIEMAT) participated in the episode, highlighting their role in the project and the importance of sharing its progress with a wide audience.
The discussion focused on the project's objectives, which include the development of new methods for measuring and reducing non-exhaust emissions (NEE) from vehicles. These emissions, which consist of particles and microplastics, are a significant source of air pollution and pose a health risk.
"Tarde Abierta" is a magazine-style radio programme on Onda Regional de Murcia that covers a wide range of topics, including current affairs, science and culture, through interviews and discussions.
